A simple system to shift your energy, regulate your body, and move through life with intention
Your “frequency” is your state of being—your emotional baseline, your mindset, and how you show up in the world.
This daily reset is designed to help you:
Release stress and overwhelm
Reconnect to your body
Choose your state intentionally
Build a higher, more stable emotional baseline over time
⚡ Step 1: Regulate Your Nervous System (2 minutes)
Before you try to think differently, calm your body first.
Slow breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress and brings you back into balance.
How to do it:
Inhale through your nose (4 seconds)
Hold (2 seconds)
Exhale slowly through your mouth (6–8 seconds)
Repeat 8–10 times
🌊 Step 2: Move the Energy (2–3 minutes)
Your emotional state lives in your body. Movement shifts it faster than thought.
This is supported by psychophysiology—your body and mind are constantly influencing each other.
Choose one:
Shake out your arms and body
Dance to one song
Step outside and walk
Stretch or roll your shoulders
đź§ Step 3: Clear Mental Noise (2 minutes)
Unprocessed emotions keep your “frequency” stuck.
Naming what you feel reduces its intensity—this is known as affect labeling.
Ask yourself:
“What am I feeling right now?”
Keep it simple:
overwhelmed
frustrated
tired
disconnected
No judgment—just awareness.
✨ Step 4: Choose Your State (1–2 minutes)
Now that your system is calmer, you can choose your frequency.
Ask:
“How do I want to feel today?”
Pick one:
grounded
clear
calm
open
energized
Anchor it:
“Today, I move through life feeling ______.”

This is where the shift becomes real.
Close your eyes
Breathe slowly
Feel the chosen state in your body
Even a subtle shift is enough. Repetition builds your new baseline.
