Yesterday was a day of purification and release, and I feel I’m off to a great start on my new path. I spent the day cooking healthy organic plant-based foods for grounding, diving back into my shamanic energy hygiene courses, and cleansing my space of old energies. I’m being guided to shift to a plant-based diet to allow the light activations to come through and make space for higher-frequency energies. This diet needs to be continued for 90 days, until my energy is more purified. Then once I reach this new frequency level, my channeling capabilities will skyrocket.
My abundance is directly in front of me, and there’s a new path I’m meant to take. But cords from my past are keeping me stuck. This person and this pain have taught me something, and I no longer need to keep reliving it. I release it with forgiveness and love back into the universe. Today is a day of cord cutting, so I can release the blocks holding me back from a happier, more abundant life. Cleansing and detoxifying my body, mind, and chakras — raising my frequency — and maintaining positive thoughts and enthusiasm for this new timeline — are my focus.
Time to clear the old, crank up the frequency, and make room for some beautiful magic! ✨🌿 I’m releasing what no longer serves me, calling my energy back, and getting out of my own way.
