I want to share something with you that I’m just starting to really understand myself, but I feel strongly it matters—for your health, your happiness, and the way you move through life.

We’ve all been taught to take care of our bodies—eat well, stay active, look good, keep going. And that’s important. But there’s more to you than just your physical body.

There are really three parts of you:

  • your body

  • your mind

  • and your energy

And all three need attention and balance.

Most people focus only on the physical. Some work on the mind. But very few understand or pay attention to their energy—and that’s where things start to get interesting.

Your energy is your vibe. It’s what you feel when something is “off” but you can’t explain why. It’s why you can walk into a room and immediately feel comfortable—or uncomfortable. It’s real, even if we can’t see it.

Within your energy are seven main centers, often called chakras. I know that might sound unfamiliar or even a little out there, but stay open with me. Think of them simply as different areas of your life and well-being that need to stay in balance.

When they’re out of balance, it doesn’t just stay “energetic”—it shows up in real ways:

  • stress and anxiety

  • lack of confidence

  • health issues

  • feeling stuck or unsure about your direction

  • patterns that keep repeating

I’ve been learning more about this, and I’m starting to notice how many of these patterns connect—not just in my life, but in yours too. And it’s made me realize how important it is that we start paying attention to this side of ourselves.

Because when your energy is more balanced:

  • you feel more grounded and confident

  • your mind becomes clearer

  • your body responds better

  • life starts to feel less heavy and more aligned

That’s why I’m building a section on Frequency Basics and Raising Your Frequency. I’m learning as I go, and I want to share it with you in a way that actually makes sense—nothing complicated, nothing overwhelming.

I don’t have this mastered yet. This is new for me too. But I care enough about you to learn it—and to pass it on—because I truly believe it can help you navigate life with more ease, clarity, and confidence.

We’re all figuring things out as we go.
But if we can learn to take care of not just our bodies, but also our minds and our energy… I think it can change a lot.
